Christina Gigante is Vice President of Sales at Skechers USA Inc. She grew up in the footwear industry and has been surrounded by the Skechers family since she was eight years old. Christina is currently on the Domestic Wholesale team, managing three divisions of the company, but she has worked in many different roles throughout her many years at Skechers. Christina started her first sales position in the Northeast and quickly acquired a larger territory and major accounts. In 2015, she was honored with the Skechers W.I.N. Award then in 2016 became the first female National Sales Manager in the history of the company. In 2021 she accepted the role of Vice President of Sales. Christina spent six years as the face of the brand for QVC as an On Air Guest and has represented Skechers on local news stations throughout the years. Christina is also very proud to have been part of the Bobs from Skechers team, the philanthropic division of the company since its inception. Through this division, Skechers has donated over $11 million dollars to Petco Love to save over 2 million shelter pets.

Melanie Ortlieb, Senior Director of Planning and Allocation, oversees and guides all aspects of merchandise planning and inventory allocation to ensure profitability and lead team activities towards one strategic vision. She joined Rack Room Shoes in 2019 and has been instrumental in bringing transformational change to the merchandising department over the last five years.  

Melanie has more than 20 years of footwear experience in merchandise, space and key item planning and allocation.  She believes in the power and importance of people, processes and synergy in the planning and buying partnership.
